JOURNAL OF COURT

The Litigation Counsel of America will publish a periodic peer-reviewed legal publication entitled the Journal of Court. Articles will relate to trials, discovery, procedure, appeals and general litigation issues. Fellows submitting articles will be given preference for publication. Bound publications of the Journal will be subscription based, excluding law schools, which will receive the publication at no cost. The Journal will also be available online.

The Editorial Board of the Journal will consist of Fellows and Associate Fellows on a voluntary basis, as well as law students recommended by Fellows and Associate Fellows who desire to engage in law journal pursuits. Those serving will be asked to edit or review articles, case comments and essays submitted. Scholarly purpose and subject matter will be considered, along with anecdotal trial experiences of interest, where pertinent, that are educational and entertaining. There will be no minimum or maximum limits in length for articles submitted, though the Editorial Board will reserve the right to request additions or deletions as a function of their service. Those desiring to serve on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Court should contact the LCA at exec.editor@trialcounsel.org.
